Herzl Camp Online Chanut – Return Policy
All items purchased through Herzl Camp Online Chanut are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order:
- We do not offer size exchanges.
- We do not accept returns.
- Reorders for personal preference or sizing issues are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
- Please reach out to us at chanut@herzlcamp.org with any concerns and include your order number and photos of the issue, if applicable.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Address Issues & Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
- Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to our fulfillment center may also be reshipped at the customer’s expense, if applicable.
