Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are already included in the price of each item—no surprises at checkout.

Order Processing
All items are made to order and shipped directly from our production partner. Processing time is 3–7 business days. Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Multiple Shipments
Because items may be fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by high order volume, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Returns/Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or personal preference.
